Royal Garden Estate located in Area UA also in New Owerri began its development around 2010-2012. Graceland Estate located in the South Eastern Nigeria is a beautiful Estate which is located at Egbada by Amakaohia, few kilometers away from Federal Medical Center Owerri.

Heartland Estate a purely residential Estate is located Off Port Harcourt Road just after Rochas Police Station and Avu Junction Owerri.
